Coach Ronda, began coaching to help impact other's life's and knew Athletes Village would be a right fit to help our athletes improve on and off the court. Seeing the impact that coaches have in an athletes day to day life, Coach Ronda took matters into her own hands when her neices began playing in highschool and the school did not have an experienced coach. This led her to guiding Desert Oasis highschool to back to back championships for boys and girls volleyball.
